For allegedly abusing his wife Yanika Bindra, well-known motivational speaker Vivek Bindra has a case filed against him.
Notably, on December 6, 2023, Vivek Bindra and Yanika exchanged vows.
On December 14, however, a case was brought against him at the Noida Sector 126 police station, alleging that he had abused his wife, just eight days later.
The Indian Penal Code (IPC) has several sections under which the social media influencer has been booked, including 323, 504, 427, and 325.
Police have said that they are looking into the matter thoroughly and that they will take appropriate action based on their findings.
Yanika’s brother Vaibhav filed a complaint against Vivek Bindra, saying that his brother-in-law had physically assaulted his sister, locked her in a room, and abused her, leaving her with injuries all over her body.
The complaint said, “She is also unable to hear properly due to the assault on her ears.” Yanika is receiving medical attention while being admitted to the Kailash Deepak Hospital in Delhi.
The latest information was made in the midst of Vivek Bindra and Sandeep Maheshwari’s ongoing dispute. The two well-known motivational speakers and YouTubers are verbally sparring over accusations of “scam” pertaining to a business course.
Recently, Sandeep Maheshwari posted a video on his channel called “Big Scam Expose” that features student testimonies alleging they were tricked by Vivek Bindra’s company, Bada Business Private Limited.
In response to Sandeep Maheshwari’s claims, Vivek Bindra stated a few days later that he ought to have also asked about the opposing viewpoint.
